“Let India be, today and always, a Sovereign Democratic Republic; Salute to the Motherland!”
The 71st Republic Day was celebrated in all its solemnity and grandeur at Bal Bhavan International School, Dwarka. It was the day to celebrate unity, harmony and synthesis of culture across all regions and religions and the entire school got resplendent in the shades of Tri-color. Vibrant cultural legacy of our motherland was presented with great zeal and patriotic fervor. Ms. Jaspreet Kaur, Vice Principal along with Mr. Sandeep Gupta, Director of Sports; unfurled the National Flag that was followed by the National Anthem. There also were; March Past with School Band, Speech, Group Song -“Maa Tere Qadmon Mein”, Poem Recitation-“Mera Priya Desh”, Mime Act and a Group Dance. The performances filled the staff and students with energetic patriotism. The program ended with the Award Ceremony wherein students received Trophies and Certificates for their exemplary performance in Academics, Co-scholastics and Sports.
